In my last post we looked at the Marketing Methods group and made your client start the project with ‘M01 Research and Analyse your Markets’ because they were unable to satisfactorily answer your questions. So, having learned a lot from implementing that Method you will need to question them next about their products and services based on:

‘M02 Research and Analyse your products and Services’ such as…

  • What does your product / service do?

  • Who for?

  • How are they better for using it?

  • Where else can they get it?

  • How do other products / services differ from yours..?

Get them talking and judge if they really know enough about them and if not make them start here.
