The Ideal Consultant Profile

Dear Accountant,

In my last post you had decided to ‘Coach’ your client through the implementation of a market research project, a collaboration where you guide and support, while they ‘do’.

It was OK for a while then your client got stuck for time or struggled with one of the Action Plans. So, you took over for a while to keep things moving by scaling up to Consultancy. Ie you implemented the clearly laid out Runagood® Action Steps.

And you did that by adapting your behaviour to the ideal DISC personality profile.

It didn’t feel comfortable at first but you persevered and good results followed. Your client was pleased and you reverted to the more affordable Coaching of a remotivated client.
