Dear Accountant,

In my last 3 posts were a diversion into our Exit Methods because of short term demand.

So back to where I was, working with your client as FD Advisor, producing and reviewing their management accounts. You discovered that their new business sales were persistently below budget, so you implemented Runagood® Marketing Methods and new business started to improve.

The next revelation from reviewing management accounts was that repeat business was declining. So, you recommended implementing Runagood® Operations Methods.

A good start point with any client project is to establish where they are before diving in with an instinctive solution. Remembering that we insisted on research before launching the Marketing project, we will now do the same with Operations.

So, Method 1 has a series of Action Plans that find out what’s happening for customers. My next post will look at what we found. Meanwhile, you can take a closer look at this and all the tech here.
