Coaching Management Method

Dear Accountant,

My last post dealt with you as your client’s FD / Advisor implementing Runagood® Method P02 Recruitment and Selection which replaced 2 poor performers with one good and ensured the quality of future candidates.

This post implements Coaching and Mentoring (as a) Management style  (PO9) which will enable the boss to delegate more and make time for new business development. With the Performance Management Method (PO5) now full implemented it’s safe to do so.

In my next post series I’ll deal with how any accountant practice can reorganise to profitably manage ‘proper’ business advice of the sort that I’ve been covering over the last few months. Meanwhile, you can take a closer look at the tech here.
