Financial Plan

Dear Accountant,

‘Breakthrough’. Your client has finally accepted that you also know what you’re talking about when it comes to Financial Management and has asked “so how does this Plan work?”.


At the press of a button, you open this pre-populated template and ask their views on what they want to achieve. Note that you’re asking, not telling. Out of that discussion, and by displaying the possibilities presented comes choices as to the Objectives to start with, which in turn generate automatic KPIs.

Following approval of the plan, your client will now ask “what next, who does what and when, and what the cost will be?” So, in my next post I’ll look at the available Methods (Strategies) and set about answering these questions. Meanwhile, you can take a closer look at this and all the tech here.
