Personality Profile Assessment: What's next?

So, you’ve done your client’s personality profile (see last post) either by figuring it out intuitively, or you got them to do the online assessment (ask me for the link).

You now have a clearer picture of the type you’re dealing with and what reaction you can expect when you present them with the Dashboard® reports that you’ve prepared.

Look at the table below to gauge their likely reactions and consider how you will respond. To do so will feel out of character for you, so practise in front of a mirror being:

  • Decisive with a high D

  • Charming with a high I

  • Taking time with a high S

  • Spelling out the process with a high C

And go prepared accordingly e.g: 

  • High D – Action plan

  • High I – Relationships plan

  • High S – Evidence that it works

  • High C – Operations manual
