For this project, I suggest that you adopt Coaching as the implementation approach because the Client will be learning about their own market by ‘doing’ (but not much if you do it), and it’s the ideal mix of sustainable (long term) cost with gentle pressure to perform.

There are 17 Action Steps in this Method, so you’ll need to go through them first and choose which ones to implement and in what order. Since there are 14 Marketing Methods containing over 100 detailed action plans, you can keep going forever, gradually improving the acquisition of new customers.
