Implementation by Mentoring

Dear Accountant,

Step 30 Taking Business Solutions into Clients

In my last post your client was ready to start implementing a Runagood® Business Method containing many practical Action Plans so the next step is to decide on the level of support you should provide.

Inside each Method is 6 options, the first being ‘Advice’. The second is ‘Mentoring’.

This is where you have a reasonably competent client who wishes to self-implement, but with your moral support. Give them online access to your selected Runagood® Method, ensuring they have a mapped out approach and are clear as to how the Action Plans and editing functions work. Then check progress online at regular intervals with diarised calls and intervene if they seem to be struggling by either making an upsell suggestion or complimenting their good progress.

In my next post we’ll look at how to implement through Coaching.
