Implementation by Consultancy

Dear Accountant,

Step 33 Taking Business Solutions into Clients

In my last post your client was ready to start implementing a Runagood® Business Method containing many practical Action Plans so the next step is to decide on the level of support you should provide.

Inside each Method is 6 options, the fourth being ‘Training’ and the fifth, ‘Consultancy’.

This is where you have a client who has neither the time nor competence to implement and some urgency to get things done. You take charge of implementation choosing the Methods, setting out the best Action Plans to use and making it happen through your own endeavours. You will report to them weekly and train them how to use what you have created. And before they get fed up with paying consultancy fees you will back down to coaching as soon as possible and hand control back to them.

In my next post we’ll look at how to implement through Project Management.
