Step 34 Taking Business Solutions into Clients

In my last post your client was ready to start implementing a Runagood® Business Method containing many practical Action Plans so the next step is to decide on the level of support you should provide.
 
Inside each Method is 6 options, the fifth being ‘Consultancy’ and the sixth ‘Project Management’. 

 
 

This is where you have a client who is in crisis with an immediate need to implement a Runagood® Method. They have neither the manpower nor brainspace to implement it so you take management control with their full authority choosing the Methods, Action Plans and taking decisions to make it happen solely through your own endeavours. You will report to them weekly and as soon as possible recruit a successor before you become so embedded that you cannot exit.
