People Productivity Assessment

Dear Accountant,

My last post dealt with you as your client’s FD / Advisor introducing Runagood® Systems Methods to raise productivity by replacing manual functions with integrated systems.

With that underway we then went back to the management accounts to look closer at the client’s (related) people productivity which is a costly £82K below capacity according to their Business Dashboard® Report.

Whilst the work we’ve done on Systems will help to improve this, it’s also important to check out the People situation, so we’ll open up a Runagood® Method in my next post. Meanwhile, you can take a closer look at this and all the tech here.
