Performance Management Action Plans

Dear Accountant,

My last post dealt with you as your client’s FD / Advisor suggesting they implement Runagood® Method P05 Performance Management to rectify their £82K loss of productivity.

So here is the series of 7 detailed Action Plans that collectively get a workforce committed and productive. These connect the business plan to individual responsibilities and KPI reporting so that everyone is clear as to what is expected of them and how their results are measured. These then feed appraisals which identify training and development needs. Up goes motivation, commitment and productivity, straight cash to the bottom line.   

In my next post I’ll look at Recruitment and Selection (Method PO2) because 2 seriously unproductive people were identified by these last Action Plans and decided to leave rather than comply. Meanwhile, you can take a closer look at this and all the tech here.
