  2. 30% actions by Coach who is 30% responsible

  3. Check progress weekly by opening Action Plan online

  4. Schedule brief weekly calls, forever, to check progress

  5. Where slow, propose solutions to get back on track

  6. Upsell to Consultancy if really stuck

  7. Where progressing well – introduce next Action Plan

  8. Be assertive to push for progress and do some of the quick actions yourself to get the Client unstuck, and avoid demotivation
