In my last post we continued looking at the Marketing Methods group and made your client follow ‘M01 Research and Analyse Your Markets’ with ‘M02 Research and Analyse your Products and Services’. From these 2 you now have a powerhouse of data enabling you to confidently implement with your client ‘M03 Develop New Markets’ and ‘M04 Develop New Products and Services’.
These 2 Methods will enable them to target the right markets with the right products rather than persisting with the opposite strategies which is what raised their problems to you in the first place.
So, my next post will look at how to start doing that.
