Dear Accountant,
In my last post you had graduated into being your client’s Financial Management Advisor through compiling presenting and analysing their budgets, management accounts and KPI reports. And after 2/3 months of this it becomes clear (say) that the new business revenue budget is being missed. What to do?
Fill in the Runagood® Marketing Plan template online and select Methods M01-M02. Open the Action Plans and use the detailed headings to find out how much you and your client really understand about the business’s markets, products, and services.
The answers will soon tell you where to begin. It’ll either be a research project using Methods M01-M02 or a development project (M03-M10) to generate and process more enquiries effectively.
