Operations Action Plans
Dear Accountant,
My last post dealt with you as your client’s FD / Advisor recommending Runagood® Operations Methods to counteract a drop in repeat sales as highlighted in their management accounts.
You started by selecting Method 1 (Research) which has a series of Action Plans to find out first what’s happening for customers.
These define step by step the processes to use that will reveal what they are experiencing, how that compares to the marketing promise and where else and why they are buying. By tracking the internal and external supply chains discoveries are made that will change the course of the business. We’ll look at those in my next post.
