Raising client systems efficiency
For Accountants Guiding Business Owners along the Advisory Pathway
In my last post we carried out a systems assessment for your client because the Business Dashboard® Report showed profit losses through inefficient systems and processes.
This revealed that whilst most systems were in place, they were either partially used, wrongly, or not integrated with other systems. The result was too much manual work, errors, and gaps in management data. So, we drew up Action Plans to put that right.
Then we combined them into a plan to clarify the Objectives and crucially to set the KPIs that will track the implementation and show the benefits to the client of doing so to reinforce their commitment.
