Most accountants tell me that all their new clients come from referrals. So, turn that strength into a proactive strategy. It’s as simple as asking at every meeting how satisfied they are with your services. Be prepared to take the truth, indeed encourage it because if you’re doing stuff that they don’t like there won’t be any referrals! Think about a small gift such as a bottle of good wine with your brand label on it. People love a gift especially a personal one.
