Step 7 how to delegate via budgeting
In my last post I showed how the business subplans are agreed with line managers. Now for the budgets that will give them responsibility for income and authority for expense in pursuit of their objectives.
These will be reported via regular management accounts comparing actuals to budget at management team reviews.
In my next post I’ll look at how line managers are contracted for their new roles.
