In my last post I outlined how to set up and review the job holder’s development plan.
Let’s now look at how to set out a motivational career path that keeps them engaged in working for and at the business’s success…
At the quarterly appraisal meetings, review their Personal Development Plan progress to see how committed they are to themselves. Then check them against their career development path to test their ambition and willingness to firstly work towards accountancy qualifications, then to advisory qualifications.
In my next post I’ll link personal development to business performance.
