Green practices are focused on Financial Compliance and Admin services, the basics that all clients want. Whilst the market is big it’s losing ground to HMRC, software suppliers and banks as the commoditisation of pricing makes retention increasingly difficult. But it’s vital to retain them as the target market for your value-added services and basic cashflow. So, we work with you keep the flow coming.  

Blue practices are based on Green but have added Financial Management services. They are typically more profitable and closer to their clients, occupying a ‘Trusted FD’ role, and involved in business decisions. Retention is very high and we work with you to build on that.

Gold practices are based on Green and Blue but have added Business Management services. They are very profitable and integrated with client management, occupying NED roles, and involved in business strategy. Retention is permanent and we work with you to get every client into this group.
