Step 31 Taking Business Solutions into Clients
In my last post your client was ready to start implementing a Runagood® Business Method containing many practical Action Plans so the next step is to decide on the level of support you should provide.
Inside each Method is 6 options, the second being ‘Advice’. The third is ‘Coaching’
This is where you have a client who needs a partner with whom to implement. Give them online access to the Methods, select the best Action Plans, spell out who does what and show them how to use the editing and communicating functions. Then you check progress online weekly with diarised calls and intervene quickly if they seem to be struggling with an upsell to consultancy to maintain progress.
