Implementation by Training
Dear Accountant,
Step 32 Taking Business Solutions into Clients
In my last post your client was ready to start implementing a Runagood® Business Method containing many practical Action Plans so the next step is to decide on the level of support you should provide.
Inside each Method is 6 options, the third being ‘Coaching’ and the fourth, ‘Training’.
This is where you have a client with a team who is keen the to lead them. You teach them your implementation skills, give them online access to the Methods, set out the best Action Plans to use show them how to use the editing and communicating functions. Then you check progress online weekly with diarised calls and intervene quickly if they seem to be struggling with an upsell to coaching or consultancy to maintain progress.
In my next post we’ll look at how to implement through Consultancy.
