In my last post I referenced the original Business Dashboard® Report that we processed at the beginning with this client. It showed a range of underperformances including unproductive people. So, I’ve just downloaded an automated Runagood® People plan to get the recovery started.

The People Mission (ie the purpose) is to ‘manage the company’s systems and processes for developing people commitment and productivity’. Arguably the most difficult task of all. And the Vision spells out what perfection will look like when the Mission has been fully achieved eg ‘ we will be the local employer of choice’.

These are arranged in a priority sequence. As the client’s ‘trusted advisor’ you will already know their situation well, and be able to guide them to the first one to open.
