Choose the Right Plan

My posts up to now have dealt with how you move into selling business services by engaging with business owners to learn their hopes and fears then showing them what is possible and how you can help.
You succeeded by using Runagood® ‘Psychology with Technology’ meaning it’s now time to deliver. Always remember that you are not ‘a’ or ‘the’ expert but a process consultant who works in collaboration with the business owner.

It depends what the Business Dashboard® Report identified as the pressing issue. But, if the business is not into Financial Management, by which I mean, cashflow forecasts, budgeting, management accounts, I urge you to start with a foundational Financial Plan, whatever the client says. Otherwise, s/he won’t know for sure what’s working, or not.
