Now it’s time to support that by implementing ‘M08 Develop Winning Quotations’ to ensure that every qualified prospect is given compelling attention, relevant to their needs.
This is about framing quotations in ways that match what the customer is looking for and making it easy for them to say “yes”.
In my next post we’ll look at ‘M09 Develop Powerful Sales Follow Up’ to ensure that every quotation is pursued through meaningful relationship development to a conclusion.
