How to Develop Powerful Sales Follow Up

Dear Accountant,

Step 44 Taking Business Solutions into Clients

In my last post we continued looking at the Marketing Methods group and had implemented  Method ‘M08 Develop Winning Quotations’ to ensure that every qualified prospect is given compelling attention, relevant to their needs.

Now it’s time to support that by implementing ‘M09 Develop Powerful Sales Follow Up’ to ensure that every quotation is pursued through meaningful relationship development to a conclusion.

This is about targeting only customers that fit the agreed profile (from your previous work) and filtering out all enquiries that don’t fit to spend quality time on the ones that matter.

In my next post we’ll look at ‘M10 Develop Powerful Sales Closing and Contracting’ to ensure that no qualified prospect escapes!
