With that sorted, next up was Method ‘O05 Raise Product and Service Productivity’ because output rates were too low, depressing profits.
Which we tackled successfully with the detailed Action Plans within this Method.
My next post will share remedies to the ongoing Customer Retention problems we found from the 360-degree surveys and how we dealt with them.
