Returning to your client’s Business Dashboard® assessment we see that the next issue is low people productivity and commitment.  

There are 13 People Methods containing around 200 Action Plans. Given the general sense of people disorganisation we judged it sensible to start with ‘P01 Review Workforce Effectiveness’.  

So we’ll open that one up in my next post.
