In my last post we moved on to People Management issues because of low productivity and commitment.  

And from the 13 People Methods containing around 200 Action Plans we decided, given the general sense of people disorganisation, that it was sensible to start with ‘P01 Review Workforce Effectiveness’.  

This contains 11 detailed Action Plans which will accurately expose all the causes. These include surveys, gap analysis, KPIs and improvement plans.  

My next post will look at People Method ‘P02 Best Practice in Recruitment and Selection’.
