Line Management for Practice Growth
Dear Accountant,
In my last post I highlighted the impossibility of growing a practice without losing wealth by clinging to the classic structure.
The solution is to think like a business and introduce line management enabling delegation. Thus, growth occurs vertically, with the boss retaining capacity and ownership regardless of how many clients are taken on.
In my next post I’ll look at how ‘fractional management’ enables even the smallest practice to organise in this way for growth and wealth retention.
