In my last post I proposed a structure that blends the demands of a professional practice with those of the business that it must become as it scales up into client business services.  
 
Here is the classic business growth structure that delegates the boss’s regular management responsibilities ‘down the line’ freeing him / her for long term wealth building.

And by applying ‘fractional management’ to this structure (as in my last post) this works for any size of practice by harnesses the team’s resources.
