How to get the right new clients by identifying their Ideal attributes
My previous blog (Website & Social Media) gives you shop windows for what you do, who for, and how to get in touch. So now you need clarity on what sort of businesses to attract.
Draw up a list of criteria that idealises what you want and specify against each whether it’s a ‘Must’ (eg monthly direct debit) or ‘Desirable’ (eg wants to grow). A good benchmark is to list the attributes of your existing best clients, but ask me here for more suggestions…
