My last post described how to stop entropy destroying your business plan from Day 1 unless you make it dynamic. The second destructive force is your people.

They don’t mean to destroy it but deficiency in any one of these by any individual can kill it subtly until so many objectives and actions are missed that the plan is abandoned.
