Counteracting Business Plan Entropy
My last post described why your lovely plan is already out of date when you start implementing it.
As your client’s accountant with an ongoing relationship to maintain, you can’t afford to be the architect of an abandoned plan.
So, the simple trick is to display the business plan on screen at every review meeting and amend it on the spot as team members add, subtract or modify information, making sure to get team consensus before making final alterations.
This makes the plan dynamic therefore continually relevant, doing away with many excuses.
In my next post I’ll deal with the phenomenon of how KASAB eliminates all other excuses.
