In my last post I outlined how KPIs can be extracted from the business plan by modifying the Runagood® template. But before doing that check all your systems first because they have inbuilt reporting.
It’s easy to set up a spreadsheet that pulls data from them all into one place. After the initial set up it’s the work of a few minutes to generate a business-wide report every day / week / month.
In my next post I’ll revisit the steps needed to create the foundations for transforming an accountancy practice into a ‘Business Advisory Business’. It’s easier than it looks because I’ve compressed into 5 weeks what you may wish to take a year over at the rate of one hour per week.
