In my last post we completed the Financial Trends Assessment and filed it in the client’s folder. Continuing with accountancy skills and adding some human knowledge about them, take 30 minutes to import data from their accounting system into the Business Dashboard® program.
This continues the Modelling stage which focuses on revealing to your client what they are missing and the potential causes. In my next post I’ll display the Business Dashboard® screen showing where they are now and where they should be.
