In my last post we imported client accounting system data into the Business Dashboard® program, added some human knowledge, and it ran this automated result to get us ready for the next client meeting.
This continues the Modelling stage by revealing performance gaps in their marketing, operations, systems, people, and financial management, showing how much they are losing in sales, productivity, unused capacity, profits, and business value.
In my next post we’ll look at the automated report that explains this display.
