Step 5 Taking Business Advisory into Clients
In my last post I showed the Business Dashboard® screen view which you processed in advance of the client meeting. The next step is to download the automated pdf report (carrying your logo).
This continues the Modelling stage by highlighting performance gaps in their marketing, operations, systems, people, and financial management, showing how much they are losing in sales, productivity, unused capacity, profits, and business value. And it also suggests remedies in each of the underperforming areas.
In my next post we’ll look at how to edit the report to form an agenda for the next meeting.
