In my last post we finished looking at the Marketing Methods group by implementing ‘M10 Develop Powerful Sales Closing and Contracting’ to ensure that no qualified prospect escapes. 

We’ve now implemented all the key Finance Methods and all the main Marketing Methods giving your client a solid base and an assured growth path.  

Now it’s time to look at their customer care because the Business Dashboard® Report has highlighted that customer retention is falling… 

So we’ll start implementing the Operations Methods in my next post, containing the detailed actions that ensure customers keep on buying and telling their friends to do so.
