How to get additional revenue from every client (Contact Dates)
Fill in your calendar for 12 months ahead to meet A’s 3 or 4 times, B’s 2 or 3 times, C’s once, D’s phone only. Book all these at your premises to save travelling time and send each an invitation from your desktop calendar. Space it out so you get up to 10 meetings per week. Make it sound worth their while with an intriguing agenda such as looking at mutual opportunities to raise sales / profits / business value / productivity / networking mutual client bases / tax reduction strategy etc. (We have more if you need them).
Now you have a sacrosanct year Calendar which your clients can change but you mustn’t.
