Your Research (see previous blog) has informed you of what your target group of companies wishes to buy and how well your competitors are serving those markets.
From this, work out what you should be offering, usually: Compliance / Taxation / Director Support / Financial Growth / Business Growth. Identify the content within each of these that you can offer, and whether you need new skills to offer the complete service. You will doubtless need to add Financial and Business Growth.
