How to get additional revenue from every client (Grading)
You know who your best and worst clients are. The best ones are ambitious, open to learning and pay by variable direct debit. The worst ones waste your time, don’t listen and pay late. So list all your clients from highest to lowest turnover then add columns about what you like and dislike to see how many columns get a tick (1 best for totalling). Sum them horizontally and data sort highest to lowest. Express the top 20% as A Class (80% of turnover), the next 20% as B (40% of turnover), C 40% of turnover, D the bottom 20%.
